Job Title: HR Faculty / Trainer

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Teaching Load: 22–24 hours/week

Salary: Up to ₹32,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver HR training on Recruitment, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Performance Management & Labour Laws.

Mentor students through career guidance, personality development, soft skills, and mock interviews.

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.

Monitor student attendance, performance, and classroom discipline.

Requirements:

MBA in HR (Mandatory)

1–3 years of HR training, teaching, or HR Generalist experience

Fluent in English & Malayalam

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
