Office Time : 9.30am to 6.30pm

About Us

REDS | Rubenius Interior Wellbeing specializes in commercial interiors, experience centres, workplace interiors, retail, hospitality, and design & build projects. We are looking for a proactive Senior Estimator & Planner to join our team and support project estimation, planning, and pre-construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project schedules and coordinate with execution teams for timely delivery.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations.
- Carry out rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Suggest value engineering options to optimize project costs.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during the pre-construction stage.
- Support tender submissions, budgeting, and commercial proposals.
- Assist with variation orders and project cost updates during execution.




- Maintain updated material and labour cost databases.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
- 5–8 years of experience in estimation and planning for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and project planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project (preferred).
- Ability to read architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
