Urgent Hiring – Water Plant Operator (Dry Injection Plant Pharmaceutical Industry)

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Dry Injection Plant)

Experience: 3–5 Years (Pharma water system experience preferred)

Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the Purified Water (PW) generation and distribution system.
- Operate and maintain RO, Softener, Multi-Grade Filter (MGF), Activated Carbon Filter (ACF), UV system, and associated equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of water treatment equipment.
- Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with WHO-GMP requirements.
- Perform system sanitization and cleaning as per SOPs.
- Maintain daily operation logs, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Utility teams.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of purified water for manufacturing operations.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain GMP compliance at all times.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical water treatment systems.
- Experience with RO, Softener, PW systems, pumps, valves, and pipelines.
- Familiarity with GMP documentation and SOP compliance.
- Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
