Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and experienced Accounts & Manufacturing Operations Manager for Sharda Metals’ offline manufacturing unit. The person will be responsible for managing complete accounting operations, maintaining Tally records, handling manufacturing-related entries, and coordinating day-to-day factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete accounting operations of the manufacturing unit
- Maintain and manage accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime (in-depth knowledge required)

Manage:

- Purchase entries
- Sales entries
- GST invoices
- Expense tracking
- Vendor payments
- Customer outstanding
- Bank reconciliation
- Stock & inventory accounting
- Maintain raw material, production, and finished goods records

Coordinate with factory team for:

- Production updates
- Material consumption
- Stock movement
- Dispatch details
- Prepare MIS reports for management review
- Track profitability, expenses, and cost of production
- Coordinate with CA for GST, taxation,



and compliance work
- Understand the complete working cycle of Sharda Metals and independently manage backend operations
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP
- Experience in manufacturing industry accounting
- Knowledge of GST, inventory, and costing
- Good understanding of factory operations
- Strong Excel skills
- Smart, proactive, and able to take ownership
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Someone who is not just a data-entry accountant but can become the single point of contact for Sharda Metals’ offline business operations, understand the complete workflow, and manage accounts + factory coordination independently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
