About the Role

We are looking for a proactive English Speaking Center Staff for HR & Sales Assistantance to support our recruitment and business development teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys communicating with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities: HR Support

- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Assist with onboarding and documentation.

Sales Support

- Research prospective clients in Canada and the United States.
- Build and maintain lead lists using LinkedIn and online research.
- Send outreach emails and LinkedIn messages to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects.




- Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and recruitment documents.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Indeed, and online research tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, sales support, customer service, or administration.
- Familiarity with ATS or CRM software is an advantage.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
