We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and convert enquiries into admissions through effective telephonic sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Promote CADD Centre's courses and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course offerings, fees, and career benefits.
- Maintain lead data, follow-up records, and sales updates in CRM and Excel.
- Build customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Skills & Competencies
- Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Qualification & Experience
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Customer Service, or Business Development are welcome to apply.
