Job Description – Telecaller

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with prospective customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products or services and address customer queries.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert inquiries into opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
