Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong technical and market understanding in industrial automation. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, develop new business, manage key accounts, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver customized automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in automation and engineering solutions.
- Promote and sell SPMs, PLC/HMI/SCADA systems, robotic solutions, conveyors, and custom automation equipment.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to prepare proposals, BOMs, quotations, and solution designs.




- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market presence in assigned regions.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sales support coordination.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation) preferred.
- 3–10 years of experience in Automation Sales / Industrial Sales / SPM Sales.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics, motion systems, and industrial automation technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to travel within the region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,566.55 - ₹70,000.00 per month
