Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support overall financial activities of the company. Experience in automobile industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Manage cash, bank transactions, and petty cash records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related work.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.




- Coordinate with auditors and management for financial documentation.
- Ensure proper record keeping and compliance.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in accounts (Automobile industry preferred).
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary: As per industry standards
Joining: Immediate preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
