Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Site Execution & Project Billing Engineer with experience in execution, billing, quantity verification, and project coordination for MEP works. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to site execution activities related to Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems along with project billing and cost control functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision and execution of MEP works at project sites
- Monitoring daily site activities for Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC works
- Preparation and verification of RA Bills for MEP works
- Handling client billing and subcontractor billing
- Measurement and verification of quantities as per approved drawings and site execution
- Preparation of BOQ, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
- Ensuring work execution and billing as per contract terms and project specifications
- Coordination with consultants, clients, vendors, and site teams
- Preparation of daily/weekly progress reports and billing MIS reports
- Tracking project costs and supporting cost control activities
- Checking variations, extra items, and preparation of variation statements
- Monitoring material usage and site progress for billing purposes
- Basic involvement in HVAC execution & billing such as ducting, piping, AHU/FCU, Chillers, VRV/VRF systems
- Reviewing shop drawings and coordinating with execution teams for smooth project delivery
- Ensuring quality, safety,



and timely completion of MEP activities

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of MEP systems including Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC
- Experience in MEP site execution and project billing
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis
- Understanding of HVAC drawings and components
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of contract conditions and project documentation
- Robust coordination, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle site execution along with billing responsibilities
