Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters while driving end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT staffing, stakeholder management, team leadership, and achieving hiring targets across various technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical recruiters to achieve hiring and delivery targets.

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Permanent, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire positions.

Allocate requirements to recruiters and monitor daily sourcing, submissions, interviews, and closures.

Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Conduct resume screening, technical assessments, and candidate interviews.

Ensure quality candidate submissions by validating technical skills, salary expectations, notice period,



and candidate interest.

Monitor recruiter performance through daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Review pipeline reports, submission ratios, interview conversions, and closures.

Conduct recruiter training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Resolve delivery challenges and ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports.

Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and company policies.

Drive continuous process improvement to enhance recruiter productivity and client satisfaction.
