Brief job description

· Manage and maintain the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.

· Create high-quality content including posts, reels, videos, carousels, infographics, and stories aligned with the company's branding.

· Work closely with the management team to develop thought leadership content, market insights, success stories, and industry perspectives.

· Assist in building the personal brand of senior leadership through strategic content planning and execution.

· Prepare monthly social media content calendars and coordinate timely publishing of content.

· Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance, and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.

· Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and external agencies for content creation when required.





· Capture and edit photos and short-form videos from company events, client meetings, site visits, and internal activities.

· Support digital marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives as required.

Educational qualification/ Competencies

- Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Familiarity with video editing and short-form content creation.
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,376.65 - ₹55,000.00 per month
