NIGHT SHIFT POSITION

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher Coordinator to oversee the coordination and management of our fleet operations. This is a fully on-site role requiring daily attendance at the office. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a thorough understanding of transportation and logistics processes.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 5:30 PM – 4:30 AM (India Time)

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across assigned routes
- Monitor driver locations and route progress using GPS tracking systems and dispatch software
- Maintain consistent communication with drivers, clients, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure all shipments are collected and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of driver hours, vehicle inspections, and shipment documentation
- Proactively manage and resolve operational issues,



including delays, breakdowns, and unforeseen disruptions
- Optimise routing and scheduling to enhance operational efficiency and minimise costs
- Ensure full compliance with applicable transportation regulations and internal company policies
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repair schedules for fleet vehicles

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in trucking or freight dispatching
- Proficiency with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Familiarity with dispatch platforms and GPS tracking technologies
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adapt to changing operational demands
- Solid knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
