- Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor clinic performance and implement process improvements.

Team Management

- Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Patient Experience

- Ensure patients receive high-quality, qualified, and compassionate care.
- Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.

Financial & Administrative Management

- Monitor clinic revenue, expenses, and operational budgets.
- Oversee billing, payment collections, and financial reporting.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient volume, revenue, and patient retention.

Vendor & Inventory Management





- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of medical supplies, skincare products, and equipment.
- Negotiate pricing and coordinate equipment maintenance.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, monitor expiry dates, and ensure timely replenishment while minimizing wastage.

Marketing & Business Development

- Support marketing initiatives to increase patient acquisition and retention.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and patient engagement activities.
- Monitor online reviews and contribute to the clinic's brand reputation.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and clinical quality standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare the clinic for audits and inspections.

Pay: ₹14,383.97 - ₹51,212.94 per month
