Job Description – Accounts Receivable Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer collections.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections from distributors, retailers, HORECA clients, and key accounts.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Maintain customer ledgers and collection records in ERP systems.
- Process receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments.




- Monitor credit limits and escalate high-risk accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports on collections, DSO, and overdue accounts.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Reconciliation.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Distribution, Frozen Foods, Dairy, Beverage, or Consumer Goods industry preferred.
- Good understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Experience with SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
