We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Telecaller to join our smartphone showroom team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support walk-in conversions through effective phone communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote smartphones, offers, and current launches
- Handle inbound customer queries related to product availability, pricing, EMI options, and offers
- Follow up with walk-in customers who did not make a purchase to encourage conversion
- Maintain and update customer database/CRM with call details and lead status
- Schedule store visits/appointments for customers with high purchase intent
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, exchange offers, and new stock arrivals
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Address customer complaints or escalate to the concerned department
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Maintain call quality and adhere to communication scripts/guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply)
- Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English (multilingual preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories preferred
- Comfortable using CRM software, Excel, and basic computer applications
- Pleasant, patient, and target-driven attitude
