Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function at our manufacturing facility in Barota, Sonipat. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing, quality systems, regulatory compliance, documentation, audits, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department across all manufacturing operations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), SOPs, specifications, and quality documents.
- Monitor in-process quality controls and final product release.
- Investigate customer complaints, product defects, deviations, and non-conformances.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, and effectiveness verification.
- Lead internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure compliance with Cosmetic Rules, BIS standards, and applicable statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, and Packaging departments for quality improvements.
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare periodic management reports.
- Manage product validation, process validation, cleaning validation, and qualification activities.
- Ensure calibration and validation schedules are maintained.
- Review change controls, risk assessments, and quality documentation.
- Lead supplier quality evaluation and vendor audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean,



Kaizen, 5S, and quality improvement tools.
- Train and mentor QA personnel on GMP, SOPs, hygiene, and quality systems.
- Ensure implementation of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Handle regulatory inspections and customer quality audits independently.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- Additional certifications in Quality Management or GMP will be an advantage.

Required Experience

- 12–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharma, or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 4–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in handling manufacturing plants and regulatory audits independently.
