Job Summary

Axiom Ayurveda Private Limited is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring across all departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across the organization.
- Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, job consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary within company guidelines and release offer letters.
- Ensure timely joining and coordinate pre-boarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and hiring MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate walk-in drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment when required.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are completed within defined timelines.
- Work towards achieving monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality of hires.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
