We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will assist customers in planning their trips, provide travel solutions, and achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding travel services.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Promote and sell flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, promotions, and industry trends.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Passion for sales and the travel industry.
