Position: Electrical Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Location: As per Project Requirement

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer to manage and execute electrical construction activities across Railway, KPTCL, BESCOM, Industrial, and Commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, electrical installations, vendor coordination, billing, and ensuring project completion in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise electrical construction activities at project sites.
- Handle MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) electrical works as per project requirements.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HT/LT electrical systems.
- Supervise installation and operation of HT/LT Panels, Transformers, DG Sets, and internal electrical wiring.
- Interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications for accurate site execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities to achieve project milestones within scheduled timelines.
- Prepare project measurements, bills, and supporting documents for client approvals.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality requirements.




- Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
- Resolve site-level technical issues and support timely completion of assigned projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical construction and site execution.
- Valuable understanding of MEP electrical systems.
- Knowledge of HT/LT power distribution systems.
- Experience with HT/LT Panels, Transformers, DG Sets, and internal wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of billing, measurement sheets, and client documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with Railway, KPTCL, BESCOM, Industrial, and Commercial electrical projects is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction projects.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
