- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Check and execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Estimate material requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity calculations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
- Ensure quality control and safety standards at the site.
- Maintain site reports, work records, and progress updates.
- Verify contractor bills and subcontractor measurements.
- Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor labor productivity and material usage.
- Assist in project planning and cost control.
Pay: ₹10,783.96 - ₹37,967.79 per month
