- Lead and manage the entire accounting and finance function.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Oversee audits and coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team, assigning tasks and reviewing their work.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and banks on financial matters.
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP/Tally and Advanced Excel.
- Analyze financial data and provide reports to support business decisions.
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
