Job Title: Sales Officer / Sales Manager – Unsecured Business Loan Department: Retail Lending – Unsecured Loans Location: [Specify Location] Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head Key Responsibilities:

- Source unsecured business loan applications through direct sourcing, DSA, and referral partners.

- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and small business customers.

- Understand business profiles and assess borrower needs to offer the right product fit.

- Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursal of loan applications.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct preliminary credit checks and coordinate with the credit and operations teams.

- Ensure strict compliance with KYC, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines.





- Track and monitor leads and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new customer segments.

- Provide exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–5 years of experience in unsecured loan sales.

- Solid understanding of SME financing, income assessment, and lending processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Experience in working with DSAs, connectors, or Fintech partners is preferred.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
