Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Home Loans

Location: Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar
ONLY MALE CAN APPLY Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable home loan solutions.

- Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to customers.

- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure end-to-end loan closure.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the branch’s overall performance.

- Build solid relationships with builders, real estate agents, and referral partners.





- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

- Keep records of sales and report to the sales manager.

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in home loan or financial product sales (field-based).

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong local network in real estate or housing finance domain.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively.
