Job Description:

We're seeking a Banking Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to banking regulations and manage loan documentation and disbursements. This role requires expertise in loan compliance, operations, and regulatory knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of loan documents for disbursements.
- Maintain strong understanding of banking compliance regulations.
- Manage loan payment processing and contribute to Quarterly Info Reports.
- Proactively identify and address compliance issues.
- Design and evaluate the banking system's internal controls.
- Ensure all banking compliance requirements are met.
- Monitor and incorporate regulatory developments.
- Prepare and maintain records for bank examinations.
- Ensure readiness for credit examinations by bankers.




- Maintain up-to-date credit exposure criteria.
- Oversee internal factors post-working capital and project loan acquisition.
- Manage debtor and creditor examinations.
- Control and review credit allowances extended to customers.
- Prepare and submit stock reports to the bank.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree (M.Com / MBA - finance / CA) with any specialization
- 3-5 years of experience in loan banking compliance or related roles.
- Must have dealt in Corporate Loans, Industrial Loans or Wealth Capital Management.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive attitude with excellent communication and organizational skills.
