Lead end-to-end execution of Current Product Introduction (NPI), customer projects, and strategic business initiatives from project kick-off through mass production. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead multiple high-value customer and internal projects from concept, development,



qualification, and launch to mass production.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
3. Drive project execution through cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Tooling, Planning, and Procurement.
