Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion

- Identify global market gaps through marketing insights.
- Plan geo-expansion strategies using strong domestic brands.

Brand Launch & Expansion

- Develop rationale for recent brand launches globally.
- Introduce successful domestic brands into international markets.

Marketing & Operations Coordination





- Improve execution speed through marketing-operations collaboration.
- Align supply/operations with market demand.

Therapy-Focused Brand Strategy

- Select brands for global therapy segments.
- Create attribute mapping for geographic positioning.

Portfolio Management

- Build strong brand & marketing strategies.
- Optimize product mix and tail-end brands for profitability.

Execution & Monitoring

- Ensure KPI-based marketing execution.
- Identify risks/opportunities early and recommend corrective actions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Background in pharmaceutical marketing or portfolio strategy
- Experience in international healthcare business projects
