Job Description: PGT Chemistry Teacher

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Knowledge, Experience & Last Drawn Salary)

A reputed CBSE School in Gurgaon, Haryana is inviting applications for the position of PGT Chemistry Teacher. We are looking for an experienced educator with excellent subject expertise and a passion for mentoring senior secondary students. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering concept-based learning, preparing students for board examinations and competitive exams, and fostering scientific inquiry.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry to Grades XI & XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.

- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, practical sessions, assignments, and assessments.

- Conduct laboratory demonstrations while ensuring laboratory safety standards.

- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive entrance examinations.

- Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance.

- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.

- Participate in departmental planning, school events, PTMs, and co-curricular activities.





- Maintain accurate academic records and promote a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Chemistry.

- B.Ed. is Mandatory.

- 2–5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Chemistry Teacher in a CBSE school.

- Excellent subject knowledge and laboratory handling skills.
