Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Fault Diagnosis and Repair:

Identifying and resolving network problems, including troubleshooting internet connectivity issues, slow speeds, and equipment malfunctions.

- Installation and Maintenance:

Installing recent broadband connections, maintaining existing ones, and performing upgrades.

- Fiber Optic Cable Work:

Working with fiber optic cables, splicing, and ensuring proper connections.

- Network Equipment Maintenance:

Maintaining and troubleshooting network equipment, such as modems, routers,

- Customer Support:

Interacting with customers to address their issues, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintaining records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
