Desired Skills & Experience
- 12 -15 years of solutions, services and IT consulting selling experience, preferably to ET500. Out of 12-15 years’ experience, minimum 5 years of experience selling in the West market is a must. (People with only Hardware and Network selling experience shall not apply)
- Experience of selling any two - Digital transformation, Cloud modernization, Platform engineering, Application modernization, Engineering services, Technology consulting, Performance engineering, Observability/APM and Digital QA solution.
- Go Getter and have a drive to win - get results despite hurdles, rejection, is persuasive and has the drive to win over competition
- Must have achieved / over-achieved revenue targets consistently.
- Can create and make winning presentations
- Loves to network – across the client organization and the industry.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Robust interpersonal skills.
