You’ll drive campaign execution, contribute to creative strategy, and turn data into actionable insights — with a clear path to owning campaigns execution.Key responsibilities:Execute and optimize Meta campaigns: audience builds, structured testing, creative iterations, and scaling decisions (Google Ads exposure is a plus).Translate performance data into clear insights and next steps through daily & weekly reporting.Work closely with the creative team — give sharp,



performance-first feedback and help shape winning creatives.Coordinate with dev/product teams to ensure tracking, landing pages, and campaign setups are always aligned.Maintain campaign hygiene: naming conventions, UTMs, test logs, and execution accuracy across all changes.Support in planning and executing new drops, offers, and scale-up campaigns.Must-have:At least 4-5years of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads campaignsExperience in increasing visibility and sales, bringing in average ROAS of 3x-4xStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, lookups).Analytical thinking — ability to break down data and create actionable insights.Strong communication + ownership mindsetNice-to-have:GA4 basics, attribution/tracking understanding.Exposure to D2C/e-commerce brands.Understanding of A/B testing, funnels, and basic CRO.What You'll Gain:Direct exposure to scaling a high-spend D2C account.Quick-track learning in performance marketing & creative strategy.Opportunity to grow into a full-stack media buyer.Salary : 10-11Lpa
