Job Description Role Summery: NThe Library In-Charge will build a energetic, innovation-led library ecosystem blending physical and digital resources. The role focuses on driving school-wide literacy, developing strategic programs, managing library operations, and creating an inspiring creative space for the entire learning community. N n Work Location: Manjri - Pune N n Roles & Responsibilities: Nn Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the library's mission and school objectives. N Manage day-to-day library operations including book acquisition, budget monitoring, and staff scheduling. N Create and sustain an innovation-led environment to continuously improve library services and user experience. N Direct the acquisition,organization, maintenance, and evaluation of all library materials including books, periodicals, digital resources, audiobooks, and multimedia content. N Coordinate and promote educational, cultural, and recreational programs including author talks, workshops, and book clubs.



N Ensure effective operation and maintenance of library facilities with focus on safety, accessibility, and cleanliness. N Monitor and evaluate library programs through data analysis, user feedback, and performance metrics. N Implement continuous improvements and innovations to enhance library effectiveness and efficiency. N Create and implement a Whole School Literacy and Reading Programs to enhance reading skills of every student. N Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into classroom learning activities. Nn n Qualifications & Experience: Nn Bachelor's degreein Mass Media, Journalism, Library Science, or a related field. N Experience working withchildren's literature, magazines, or other educational materials preferred. N Knowledge of digital library tools, audiobooks, and multimedia resources. N Strong communication skills and a passion for reading and literacy development. Nn
