We're looking for an entrepreneurial AVP – Growth Marketing who can build predictable customer acquisition systems and drive profitable business growth.

This is not a conventional digital marketing role. You'll own the complete growth lifecycle—from acquisition and retention to CRM, automation, experimentation, analytics, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end Growth Marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
- Build and optimize CRM and Marketing Automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer lifecycle management.
- Design customer engagement journeys using Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, and other channels.
- Analyze and optimize key growth metrics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rate, Marketing ROI, and Revenue Attribution.




- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Creative, and Leadership teams to deliver scalable growth initiatives.
- Leverage AI, automation, and data to build productive, repeatable, and scalable marketing systems.

What We're Looking For

- 5–10 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, and Lifecycle Marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and analytics.
- Experience managing digital advertising budgets with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
