Responsibilities

Job Description

- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly HSE report send all reports to management; prepare Risk assessment based on method statement for all the critical jobs.
- Ensure all the work is carried out in accordance with the permit to work and Risk assessment.
- Ensure all site work activity is carried out in accordance with company policies and as per HSE Plan.
- Complete responsibility to implement the HSE policy.
- Organization conducts weekly Safety Meeting and Safety training for all staff as an when required. Keep and maintain Up-to-date records.
- Participate in safety walk through with client, consultant, and Project Manager.
- Safety inspection of the site to identify the hazards, unsafe act or conditions.
- Promoting safety awareness among employees.
- Arrange of safety training and programs with PPT and videos.
- Co-ordinate with supervisor to facilitate with employee safety meeting.
- Carry out regular site inspection and safety audit.




- To check all accidents, investigate them and to take necessary steps to minimize them. To keep a proper record thereof.

Requirement:

- Age between 25 to 30 years
- 3-5 years experience as Safety Officer.
- Qualified Safety Officer(Diploma in Industrial Safety Engineering / Nebosh IG) or any other Graduate with experience in Signage Industry and with positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS excel is mandatory.
