Role Description The International University Partnerships Executive is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with universities and higher education institutions across international markets. Daily responsibilities include researching prospective university partners, coordinating outreach, preparing presentations and proposals, and supporting negotiations for collaboration agreements and MOUs. The executive will manage ongoing partner relationships, maintain updated records of partnership activities, and track key performance metrics related to program outcomes and engagement. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to align academic collaborations with EduSkills programs, organizing joint events or initiatives,



and representing EduSkills in virtual and in-person meetings with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with international universities, internal teams, and diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities, evaluate data, and generate insights for decision-making and reporting.
- Finance and basic budgeting skills to support proposal preparation, cost estimations, and partnership-related financial tracking.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to nurture long-term collaborations and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Sales and negotiation skills to pitch EduSkills value proposition, drive partnership conversions, and close collaboration agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Education, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in international relations, university partnerships, business development, or education sector roles is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or partnership management tools is an added plus.
