Job Description- Achieve individual and store sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and effective product recommendations.- Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products such as frames, lenses, and contact lenses based on their style preferences, vision prescriptions, and budget.- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of various optical brands, lens types, coatings, and optical accessories.- Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a personalized and satisfying shopping experience.- Supervise and guide junior sales staff, providing support and training to enhance sales performance.- Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.- Coordinate with the optometrist and lab technicians to ensure accurate prescriptions and timely delivery of eyewear.- Oversee daily store operations including billing, stock management, and visual merchandising.- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and assist the store manager in tracking performance metrics.- Uphold brand standards, store hygiene, and display aesthetics to ensure an excellent customer experience.
