N Provide one-on-one counselling to help students make informed decisions about their academic and skilled future. N Manage the complete student journey from first inquiry to admission and on boarding. N Convert leads into enrolments through effective follow-ups via phone, email, and messaging. N Handle walk-in inquiriesat branch locations and maintain a high walk-in to enrolment conversion rate. N Coordinate closely with branch staff and internal admission teams for smooth student on boarding.



N Monitor and manage fee structures in compliance with institutional guidelines. N Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrolment targets. N nQualifications & Skills N● MBA is a must.n● Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. N● Empathetic, patient, and capable of connecting with students from diverse backgrounds. N● Previous experience in counseling, advisory, or student support roles is an added advantage. N● Proficient in basic computer applications and office productivity tools.
