Job Description- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.- Be a productive member of the team.Requirements- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), or production support.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.- Experience supporting global SAP S/4HANA environments and collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams.- Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions in a post-go-live AMS environment.- Support global SAP S/4HANA deployments by maintaining solutions aligned with the global template and local business requirements.- Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, defect resolution, and root cause analysis while ensuring SLA compliance.- Perform impact analysis, functional testing, and validation for system enhancements, releases, and production changes.- Support day-to-day procurement and supply chain operations by monitoring system performance, resolving production issues, and ensuring operational continuity.- Collaborate with Supply Chain Business Process Owners, key users, and project teams to deliver stable and effective business processes.- Provide functional guidance, end-user support, documentation,



and knowledge transfer to drive user adoption and operational excellence.- Work closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing, and Reporting teams to support integrated business processes.- Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, including: Material Master, Purchasing (Procure-to-Pay), Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Source Determination, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Vendor Management- Hands-on experience supporting procurement execution, material planning, inventory reconciliation, and supply chain operations.- Strong understanding of integration between SAP Supply Chain and: Finance (FI), Manufacturing (PP), Planning, Warehousing (WM/EWM), Reporting solutions- Experience with AMS support, incident management, change management, problem management, testing, and production support.- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in global, cross-functional environments.- SAP S/4HANA certification in MM, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related modules.- Experience supporting global SAP template rollouts and post-implementation support.- Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and resolving complex cross-functional SAP Supply Chain issues.Benefits- A challenging, innovating environment.- Opportunities for learning where needed.
