Job Description:

Role: Python Developer – Agentic AI
Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Any UST Location (Pan India)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with expertise in Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills, hands-on experience building RESTful APIs, and experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.
- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using modern AI orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.
- Develop AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and workflow automation.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector database integrations.
- Deploy and manage AI applications on AWS.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of experience in Python application development.
- Solid proficiency in Python 3.x.
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework.




- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI agent orchestration, and tool calling.
- Experience implementing RAG, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or similar), and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, RDS, or Bedrock.
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with Linux environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming in Python.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
- Exposure to MLOps or AI deployment practices.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- AWS Certification is a plus.
