We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, employee data management, and payroll support. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in HR.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
- Prepare and manage HR reports using MS Excel
- Handle employee documentation such as joining forms, ID records, and personal files
- Support HR in onboarding and exit formalities
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
- Assist in compliance and basic HR administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in HR, Commerce, Management, or related field
- Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reports)
- Understanding of payroll and HR operations (training knowledge acceptable for freshers)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with internship or academic exposure to HR are welcome
- Candidate should be comfortable working on HR data and reports
- Ready to work from Dholka location
