About the RoleThe Employee Screening Specialist is the first point of contact for customers, providinganswers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle customerand applicant interactions via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendlyapproach while upholding the company’s values. This role will require problem resolutionsskills, an understanding demeanor, and strong communication skills.What You Will Do• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email in a timely manner.• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and statuses.• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.• Assist with basic order entry and log in issues.• Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve service quality.• Understand an overview of the various functions within the department.• Keep abreast of changes in the industry, internal policies,



and procedures.• Uphold company standards for customer service and maintain a positive brand image.• Maintain FCRA Basic Certification.What You Will Need• Graduation or equivalent qualification• 1 to 2 years in customer service, call center, or related field, with preference oninternational calling experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMagnit retains the right to change or modify job duties at any time.
