Role Description The Purchase Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, equipment, and services required for manufacturing operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Rajsamand and involves vendor identification and evaluation, price negotiations, preparation of purchase orders, and tracking deliveries to ensure uninterrupted supply. The role includes maintaining accurate procurement records, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams,



and managing supplier relationships for cost-effective and timely sourcing. The Purchase Manager will also analyze market trends, review contracts, ensure compliance with company policies, and implement process improvements to optimize purchasing efficiency and cost control.
Qualifications

- Strong purchasing and supply chain skills, including vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Experience in materials management, inventory control, and demand planning within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in using ERP or procurement software, data analysis tools, and basic MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of industrial minerals or related raw materials, and familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajsamand, manage multiple priorities, and make sound, data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement leadership role in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly beneficial.
