Job Summary
• Availability of end user products to underpin the banks delivery of core business applications
• Architectural standards implemented within the end user device products in line with all control function requirements and policies including Security (CSO), Compliance and GDPR and End User Architecture, Standards and Governance
• Procurement of underpinning contracts to support the supply chain and services from resellers and managed service providers in conjunction with Global Procurement
• Enforcement of End User Availability Management standards
• Business Engagement in conjunction with End User Customer Services

Job Description
Performance & Metrics
• Define KPIs and success metrics for platform usage, engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor analytics and user feedback to inform product enhancements and evolve product capabilities.
User Experience:
• Advocate for an intuitive and accessible user experience, ensuring tools are optimized for productivity and collaboration.
Agile Leadership:
• Act as the Product Owner in Agile development processes, maintaining a well-defined backlog, writing user stories, and ensuring timely delivery of features.

Key Responsibilities




Job Responsibilities :
• Strategy and roadmap of Azure platform
• Technology roadmap compliance of all Azure services
• Defining the requirements and prioritization of book of work for the Azure
• Ensure Architectural standards implemented within the end user device products in line with all control function requirements and policies including Security (CSO), Compliance and GDPR and End User Architecture, Standards and Governance
• Ownership of risks associated with email platforms
• Working Knowledge on SDLC platforms (Jira, JAMA) and Agile methodology
• Definition and maintenance of all tiers of Azure Services
• Stakeholder, Business and Clients engagements
• ITAO for relevant products
• Vendor Governance of outsourced components and services

Skill Requirements

• Understanding of how Azure works
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile
• Have done requirement gathering, stakeholder management and vendor management
• Cost and Budget management
• Product adoption and forecasting
• Strategy, Product Roadmap and Risk management
• Compliance & Security
• Ensure adherence to data governance, eDiscovery, and audit requirements
• Collaborate with InfoSec and Legal teams to manage risk and regulatory compliance.

Other Requirements
Other Requirement :
• Experience in BAU operations and ITAO roles within large organisations.
• Understanding of Indian and global data protection regulations
