User Access Management
Key Responsibilities
Support User Access Management (UAM) operations and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks. • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics.
• Handle incident and service requests for all P1, P2, and P3 issues related to User Access Management.
• Perform troubleshooting and analysis of application errors and implement effective resolutions.
• Monitor and manage Access Reconciliation functions, ensuring timely execution and addressing failures.
• Produce reports on user provisioning/de-provisioning, inactive/disabled accounts, and maintain SOPs and Run Books.
• Manage change tickets and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Carry out minor enhancements in user forms, organization membership, and identity templates.
• Coordinate with vendors and additional teams to maintain health and uptime of UAM application environment.
Skill Requirements
Strong knowledge of IAM/UAM operations and JML process. • Basic knowledge of SQL and Linux (good to have).
• Proficiency in Excel and ServiceNow for reporting and ticket management.
• Robust client interfacing and communication skills.
• Ability to perform log analysis and follow SOPs for issue resolution.
• Ability to update SOPs and documentation regularly.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills for operational efficiency.
