Job Summary
Should have 10+ Years of experience in SFDC development and Lead team of developers on successful projects. Provided technical ownership on projects through all phases of SDLC, development and release cycles. Experience working with on-shore and off-shore development teams. Experience with working with Architect, BA, PM, Product Owners, and across varied teams and cross team collaboration skills. Significant experience with the Salesforce platform and ecosystem. Must have very positive communication skills (both verbal & written); prior customer facing experience, working knowledge of Agile Scrum based projects is highly recommended. Proven ability to analyse requirements, perform estimation and design technical solution as per the business requirements / user stories. Good understanding of Salesforce Out of the box functionalities. Experience working with Salesforce Sales & Service cloud. Knowledge and experience in Marketing process and tools can be nice to have. Should be strong hands on experience implementing solution with standard, out of the box and configuration. Should have hands on development experience with Apex triggers, classes, batch and scheduled apex. Should have hands on experience with Lightning components. Should have atleast Sales cloud, service cloud and platform developer certification. Hands on experience with Integration with REST & SOAP API and middleware. Understanding about integration patterns and best practices. Hand on Experience with Data migrations. Experience with CICD release process with hands on experience with various deployment tools and methodologies.



Copado experience is nice to have. Experience enforce best practices via code review, leading and mentoring, and acting as a gate for quality of code delivered. Ability to being flexible and deliver with quality.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and guide a team of salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of salesforce solutions.
2. Design, develop, test, and deploy salesforce applications using apex code, visualforce, lightning components, and other related technologies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Configure salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated on salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
7. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient salesforce implementations.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation.
2. Strong experience in salesforce development using apex, visualforce, soql, and lightning web components.
3. In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
4. Handson experience in integrating salesforce with external systems using rest/soap apis and middleware platforms.
5. Familiarity with salesforce lightning platform and building responsive ui components.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
7. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements
1. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Lightning Developer.
