Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with have hands-on experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management. This role requires robust scripting skills, integration experience, and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. The developer will work closely with onshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management modules.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using GlideScript, JavaScript, and Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, debugging,



and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications and scripts.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and platform governance.
• Provide support for ServiceNow platform upgrades and patching.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management modules.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (GlideScript, JavaScript).
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals and administration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery.

Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Other Requirements
Experience of working in an Agile development environment. Needs to be open to 5 days a week work from office as remote and hybrid is not allowed.
