Job Summary
Job Title: Business Analyst - Process Transformation & Governance
Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. This hybrid role is crucial for driving strategic business process improvements from conception through to realization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consultative mindset, a proven ability to analyze, re-engineer, and audit complex business processes, and the project management discipline to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will not just gather requirements, but actively challenge stakeholders to define and solve the right problems, ensuring solutions deliver tangible business impact and transformation. This role requires a keen eye for detail, experience in process auditing, and the ability to manage projects within a structured framework.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis, Re-engineering & Auditing:
• Lead discovery sessions to elicit, analyze, and document current state ("As-Is") and future state ("To-Be") business processes using standard methodologies.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement through a data-driven and consultative approach.




• Develop and propose innovative solutions to optimize business processes, focusing on strategic impact and transformation.
• Design and conduct process audits to ensure adherence to standards, identify control weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation.

Strategic Project & Program Management:
• Drive the full project lifecycle, from ideation and charter development through requirements, design, development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Author high-quality, advanced artifacts, including Project Charters, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and detailed process maps to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Implement robust scope governance processes to manage changes effectively and prevent scope creep.
• Proactively identify, track, and own the resolution of cross-functional and technical dependencies.
• Manage project critical paths, risks, and issues using a proven project management framework (e.g., PMI standards).
• Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and business value realized.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:
• Employ a consultative approach to lead business conversations,



guiding stakeholders to uncover underlying needs and challenging assumptions constructively.
• Translate complex business problems and technical concepts into transparent, concise language tailored to various audiences.
• Drive alignment and secure buy-in from project teams and stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Influence without direct authority to ensure project objectives are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), including process analysis, modeling, re-engineering, and optimization.
• Strong experience in conducting process audits and risk assessments.
• Advanced ability to create high-quality documentation: Project Charters, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, User Stories, and As-Is/To-Be process maps.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full end-to-end project lifecycle, including UAT, deployment, and post-launch support phases.
• Excellent understanding and application of scope governance, change management, and dependency management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders effectively.
• A strategic thinker focused on business impact and process transformation, rather than solely on technical specifications.
• Proficiency in understanding system architecture fundamentals and engaging in discussions on technical trade-offs.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with specific BPM tools and methodologies.
