Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects following Agile methodologies. This role involves overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with cross functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The Project Manager will also act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies.
2. Act as a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
5. Implement change management processes to address any scope changes or project deviations.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the project team.
7. Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in agile methodologies and experienced in acting as a scrum master.
2. Solid understanding of project management and change management principles.
3. Robust leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams towards successful project delivery.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members effectively.
5. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast paced environment.

Other Requirements
1. Agile or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Job Description
We are looking for a Squad Lead (Scrum Master with good technical understanding) for the Regulatory Reporting area at BP to join a delivery team and help drive the achievement of goals.
In this role, you will:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Remove impediments to the delivery team’s progress
Track and ensure smooth delivery of sprint goals
Support the Product Lead in backlog grooming and prioritization
Track and report key metrics in Sprint Status Reports
Help the team monitor daily submissions to meet SLAs
Communicate with internal and external teams, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues or incidents related to upstream services
Support delivery team members with daily obstacles
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including business

What you will need:
Previous experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
Practical experience managing backlogs using Azure DevOps (or Jira)
Ability to help the team with estimations, plan sprints according to available capacity, and present progress using Gantt charts
Knowledge of technical services, mainly AWS Serverless and Database
