Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Automation Strategy & Roadmap
Define and own the Healthcare Automation & GenAI roadmap aligned to FY targets (FTE release, margin improvement, service stability).
Drive maturity progression from Observability → AI Assist → Semi‑Agentic → Agentic Operations. [LSHC - Hea...7 - Alfino | PowerPoint]
Identify repeatable, scalable automation themes across healthcare accounts (e.g., server patching, backup automation, provisioning, compliance checks).

Delivery & Execution
Lead automation execution across healthcare clients
Ensure automation moves beyond BAU and delivers tangible business outcomes, as highlighted in Healthcare Leaders Connect discussions.
Partner with SDMs, Service Lines, and Platform teams to convert pipelines into delivered automation.

AI / GenAI Enablement
Embed AI & GenAI into automation use cases (AIOps, AI Assist, Co‑Pilot, Agentic workflows).
Ensure guardrails for patient data, HIPAA, PHI, and compliance in all automation.
Collaborate with enterprise GenAI platforms and healthcare CoEs.

Governance & Metrics
Own healthcare automation governance:
Automation pipeline & workload %
FTE release tracking
Success rate & stability metrics
Drive reviews with Delivery Heads and DU leadership on automation progress and risks.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Act as the primary automation SPOC for healthcare accounts.
Support client conversations on “What AI & Automation are we bringing?”
Contribute to client decks, QBRs, and transformation proposals.

Skills & Experience
Mandatory




12+ years in IT Operations / Healthcare IT / Automation / Digital Transformation
Strong experience in:
RPA / Infra Automation / AIOps
Healthcare delivery models
Automation governance & metrics
Proven leadership across multi‑account healthcare portfolios

Preferred
Exposure to GenAI / Agentic AI / AI Assist / Co‑Pilot models
Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC, audit readiness)
Background in Infra, Cloud, SRE, or ServiceNow automation

Key Responsibilities

2. Train And Develop Team Members In Project Management Best Practices And Dmo Processes, Fostering A Skilled Workforce That Can Effectively Mitigate Delivery Risks And Enhance Project Outcomes.
3. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Clients, Applying In-Depth Knowledge Of Domain Technologies To Ensure Effective Implementation And Customer Satisfaction.
