Job Summary
Proven experience as a Data Warehouse Architect/Modeler in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment. Strong hands-on expertise with Teradata, AWS Redshift, and SAP Power Designer. Deep understanding of Kimball methodology, data architecture, and data management principles. Experience leading development teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Successful track record of migrating data warehouses between platforms (Teradata to AWS Redshift). Advanced SQL programming skills. Familiarity with BI tools (IBM Cognos, MS SQL Server), project management tools (Jira, Confluence), and version control/automation (GIT, Jenkins). Excellent communication skills in English.

About the Role
The candidate Should have hands-on expertise in designing, building, and managing large-scale data warehouses, with a solid background in manufacturing data environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Build: Architect and develop scalable data warehouse solutions from scratch, focusing on manufacturing and product data management (batch records, process parameters, genealogy, time series data, etc.).
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a development team through the full project lifecycle, ensuring best practices in data architecture and management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:



Work closely with manufacturing and process subject matter experts to develop analytical models and solutions for improved process monitoring and control.
End-to-End Ownership: Manage all logical and physical layers of the data warehouse, including stage, integrated, access, and data marts layers.
Data Modeling: Implement physical data models (3NF and multidimensional) using tools such as SAP Power Designer.
Migration & Integration: Oversee migration projects (e.g., Teradata to AWS Redshift) and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
Documentation & Standards: Ensure all solutions are well-documented and adhere to departmental and industry standards.

Preferred Attributes
Ability to join immediately. Robust problem-solving and analytical skills. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
